Welcome to your barre anywhere you are. Whether you are BRAND NEW to BT...falling in love with your movement, yourself and your journey, an avid fitness guru OR you are a BT regular, this practice is an amazing one to come to.
Together we slow it all right now to movement's simplest form. Throughout this 51 Minute Starter Barre, we target every single muscle group with low impact, tiny muscle contraction to purposely build strength. Just because it is basic, does not mean that this workout doesn't work...it WORKS SO EFFECTIVELY, while focusing on body positioning, form and routine.
