Throughout these next 12 Minutes we will focus on properly engaging and strengthening our lower abdominals, which ultimately also works our hip flexors and quad muscles. No props required here, just you coming to the floor.
*Make sure to properly modify at any point during this practice, anytime you feel your lower back arching off the ground.
