Throughout this 51 Minute Starter Barre, we target every single muscle group with low impact, tiny muscle contraction to purposely build strength. Just because it is basic, does not mean that this workout doesn't work...it WORKS SO EFFECTIVELY, while focusing on body positioning, form and routine.
