Welcome to the Barre Teja Online Studio. Here is your home for movement, one that you can take with you anywhere, on your time. Here is where we are going to build overall confidence and strength throughout our entire body & minds. And it starts right now! If you are brand new to working out or new to the BT Method, this is the perfect place to start! Throughout these next 14 days I want you to have fun with your movement, explore what your body can do, be proud for showing up for yourself and enjoy the process. You may find some movement challenging...THAT IS OKAY! This is new. This is not like probably many other workouts you have done before. Over time you will find the movement becoming more familiar, and that is where the magic beings.
