This practice is designed to test, increase and develop your coordination, control, balance and energy, as you will work to exhaust every muscle group. This workout is controlled, yet so effective in sculpting defined muscles and creating some amazing strength. Feel that BT Method burn, join me & lets have some fun!
This workout includes a band and weights, BUT option to use no props at and it will be just as effective.
