We are putting X into this workout today! Join me in the full hour, full body, advanced Barre X! This workout is intense in all the right ways- as you will instantly- feel the muscle strengthening effects, helping build tone, energy, stability, and endurance throughout your body. You will see and feel how each body part is targeted, as we push it past it's limits in a low impact, controlled way. We get our cardio on without ever lifting both feet off the ground at the same time, so you will feel your heart rate rise, improving your entire cardiovascular system. Remember throughout this entire workout- you are moving within yourself, so modify and slow down anytime you need to!
Today we will be using a ball, wrist weights, 3lbs dumbbells and a band- but option to use no equipment at all.
