Welcome to Barre HIIT, a high-intensity, cardio, interval workout that utilizes The BT Method to elevate your heart rate, improve your endurance, build your strength and will surely get you sweating. This Barre HIIT session will combine timed interval bursts of your favourite movements, followed by moments of recovery. Absolutely no equipment NECESSARY!
Today's workout is ALL about the lower body. We will use intervals of 45 seconds of work with 15 seconds of recovery within each round. 1 minute break between each round, 3 rounds total of 7 exercises each. Get your lower body ready for a good fashion burn!
Modification: Go at your own pace! Option to use no band throughout the workout.
