Even if you complete 1,000 steps....you freaking did 1,000 in 10 minutes. This entire cardio workout is low impact, high intensity, but packs a big punch. AND OF COURSE...it would not be a BT workout without a BT twist. This is not just your average stepping workout, we are working throughout this series to strengthen and build muscle throughout your entire body.
