The best part is, this workout requires no equipment, so this movement is so simple to take with you anywhere you are because all you need is YOU coming to the floor ( you can even do this while watching your favorite TV show). Throughout this practice we work to target and sculpt your core, thighs, booty and arms, really feeling that toning effect right from the very first exercise. Are you ready, let's move!
