Welcome to your Abs & Arms practice! Today is going to be fun! For this core and arms strength building focused workout- we have 2 rounds: 10 minute workout done entirely standing and 10 minute workout on the floor. Time is going to fly by, as you will feel your muscles toning, building endurance and energy the entire time. Today we will be using wrist weights, 3 lbs dumbbells and a ball. Option to complete this entire workout without any prop at all- just remember to move within yourself!
