Join me in the live class recording of a 37 Minute Cardio Barre HIIT, as we kick off with a burn of a warm up, increasing our heart rate + warming up our muscles, then moving through 3 rounds of 8 exercises! This workout will work to not only improve muscular endurance and cardiovascular system, but is the ultimate full body strengthening workout (much more effective then just going for a run).
Remember to listen to your body, move within it, and ultimately have so much fun!
