This practice is simply beautiful!
Join me in a full body 32 Minute Basic Barre that was created for you to find movement no matter where you are in your life or in your journey. This amazing workout is a fantastic way to create strength and muscle endurance throughout your whole body, through slow, defining, low impact movements. This practice is especially magical for women pre/post natal. You see right here the power and strength you can create in your body whether you are pregnant or not. Pregnancy does not mean you can't move to feel good, you bet we can (with the approval of your healthcare provider). Working on your core strength can be challenging while pregnant, so I built an awesome core focused series for you that is safe and effective not only for women with a growing baby bump, but for those individuals just starting to build their core strength. (FUN FACT: these are the same ab series I did throughout both of my pregnancies). Mamas, you have a place to safely move your body's here with confidence and excitement. Let's move today,
