This 55 Minute signature Barre Teja class combines movements inspired from pilates, ballet, yoga and strength training workouts, done both on the floor and at the barre. This full body workout does not use one piece of equipment, yet it is still the perfect balance of cardio, endurance training and controlled muscle sculpting movements, working to strengthen and tone your entire body.
