He's BACK! After a couple years, Josh has officially made his way back to join us in a quick booty torch! Let me just say- we were both feeling this for days later. You can all get a kick out of the burning faces he makes as we target our glutes, while utilizing a heavier resistance in the fabric band, to really build that booty. Don't say I didn't warn you, but it is the best kind of burn ever!
